Steven, a white man 52 years of age. His occupation is jogger. Family history include hypertension and diabetes with his father, hypertension with his mother. Both of his parents don't smoke.

Recently, Steven run 3 miles per day. Sometime feeling pressure he smoked half package of cigarettes. Now his blood lipid are below:

Cholesterol: 4.65 mmol/L
Triglyceride: 1.7 mmol/L
High density lipoprotein: 0.9 mmol/L
Low density lipoprotein: 3.0 mmol/L

PS: BP 130/85 mm Hg

So what's the plan?
